SurveyScan was created based on a request from a local Doctor in need of assistance with his Satisfaction Surveys. Once the program was created, it became obvious that we had a great product other Practices could use to improve their survey reporting system.

Headquartered in Dayton, Ohio we have expanded to practices across the country and are continuing to help practices everywhere increase their profitability.
